Description:
Moon jar for wabi sabi lovers. The surface is achieved using terra sigillata, an ancient technique that burnishes the clay to a soft, satin finish without the use of a glassy glaze. The white application sweeps across the form in a broad, abstract curve, highlighting the jar's bulbous volume and creating a dynamic visual balance. The visible brushstrokes and "imperfections" in the white sig add depth and character, ensuring no two angles look the same.

Finished with red sig.
